We had a deluxe back in site and we were here for 3 mos (799.00 per month). This is a new campground as of Aug 2021. Beautiful and well cared for. We made use of all the extras including hot tub, gym, laundry room, showers, and clubhouse. All were meticulously maintained. Same for the campground. Terri is the office manager and was kind and accommodating. Did a great job communicating with the campers. It's easy to get there from Hwy 75. It's out in the country so very quiet. Nearby is the town of McKinney and all the restaurants and shopping you could want!

Do you allow long-term or extended stays? ▼
Absolutely! We offer a special rate for stays a month or longer. Our terms are month-to-month without a lease, but you're welcome to stay a week, a month, a year or longer! In fact, several of our guests have been here since we opened.
Are pets allowed? ▼
Yes, we love pets. We have a small and large dog park for our furry friends. There are some restrictions on some breeds of dogs. All pets must be registered with the office. Animals must be kept on a leash at all times except in the dog park and may not be left unattended at RV pad site. Pets may not be tethered to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees or fences. Animal waste must be picked up by the pet owner.
Do all RV pad sites have 30 amp and 50 amp electrical connections? ▼
Absolutely! We can accommodate your RV at every site.
Can we use our own bbq grill on our site? ▼
Absolutely! We love the smell of food grilling and the sounds of friends visiting in the early evenings. In addition, the resort a large outdoor grill for you to use by the pool and patio.
